Ordinary people walking for extraordinary children.

The children of Marang House suffer from life threatening or chronic diseases and do not have a home enviroment to facilitate their recuperation. For them, everyday is an uphill battle. In order to raise funds for these ill children, Yvonne and Ronell Platte will embark on a hike up a very steep "hill" in September 2012 to basecamp Everest .  "Our approach would be to take everyday step by step and ultimately help to raise funds which could go a long way to provide the children with a stable home enviroment."
