Personal message

This year I am cycling 94.7 kilometres to raise money for Likhon iThemba and this is why....their beneficiaries are underprivileged children, aged from birth to 7 years. They have a keen interest in children with special needs. They also aim to support the biological families of the children in our care and their potential adoptive families. They also take in abandoned babies and children and provide them with a place of safety. 

Likhon iThemba are very hands on and have angels without wings out there doing the best they can to help babies and pick them up when abandoned, they also try to get involved and help out wherever we can. They currently run three projects under Likhon iThemba HOLAH baby house, Bowl of Plenty and Hop Charity shop. They are in the process of expanding HOLAH to be able to care for more children and babies. Because of all the good work they do, I have chosen to cycle the 947 cycle challenge in hope of raising funds to support the cause which needs as much help as possible.
