ONE STEP AT A TIME
The ability to run is a natural, God-given activity all of us are blessed with, should we choose.
However, the ability to put shoes on our feet and clothes on our bodies is not afforded to all.
Please support me in raising funds to assist UTCT in developing trail runners and running in disadvantaged communities and fostering the next group of elite runners.
Each little bit helps along the trails to getting those who can't, some shoes, clothes and the opportunity to join the trail running community and benefit from the discipline and beauty of running on our South African Trails...
