Funds for Firefighter course

Personal message
I am appealing for assistance for our grandson, William, to attend the fire fighting academy in Greytown.
He is currently residing with his grandparents and has wanted to be a firefighter since he was a small boy. We thought it was a phase he was going through like most kids do, but yes at 17 he still has the passion to help people where he can.
He wants a career in firefighting.
So that he can start his career and dedicate himself to being a first responder. As this is his passion, to help others.
He has even gone as far as joining a search and rescue team voluntarily to assist people where he can, and he has got his level 3 in first aid.
Now, we would love to make his dream come true, so we are appealing for help from the community to raise funds for this dedicated young man to attend this training centre.
The amount for the course is R87000.00 and we as his grandparents cannot afford this amount to help this young lad's dream come true.
