Personal message
Ok so why am I doing this? Well yes it hit the heart strings but more
truthfully it's because I can relate. I have a child of my own and she has a story of her
own, a little different for the children and families supported by Rainbows and
Smiles but I know first-hand how precious your child is and just hard they will
fight. I understand how being in a position of helplessness is the loneliest
feeling in the world.
My little angel was born at 26 weeks and weighed just 614g, she
spent 3 months in ICU and during this trying time I will never forget how the
simplest gestures of support meant so much. I’m blessed enough to say that she is now a
strong healthy 20month old toddler full of smiles but I haven’t forgotten what
it’s like to need some help.
So please if you can afford even the smallest donation you will be
helping more than you can imagine.

In addition, Rainbows and Smiles encourage childhood cancer awareness to educate in the hope of promoting early detection.
