Dear Friends and Community,

My name is Nikki Wilson. I live in Cape Town.

In October 2023, it came as a huge personal shock to me when Tracy called me to let me know that she had been diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer. :(

What this has lead to is an understanding that the only treatment available to her at that stage was Radiation and Pallative care.

Tracy, by nature is very private and honors what is sacred. For her this is a sacred experience. She has not had the strength to reach out to all those that she has wanted to. 

She is being cared for currently by hospice and her family at home in Cape Town. Though, there are additional expenses that are not covered home hospice care. (would dressings materials, prescription medications etc).

For Tracy, Satara, as she is known to some, it has always been about community.

All there is, is love and sharing. Giving where the need is, love, trust, work, feeling joy and processing even the sadnesses, as one.  She had been living and working in a beautiful heart centred community in Hogsback for over a year, before her diagnoses. Everyone who met her, felt loved and seen.

I have known Tracy(48) since we were 8 years old, we met in primary school, and managed to remain close friends, despite our lives taking us in different directions.  Tracy has a beautiful, kind and talented daughter Kyara (17).

Satara/Tracy's life has been one of healing and deep personal transformation. 

Once an amazing Graphic designer, she found her true calling in the holistic and healing community where she has worked and connected with amazing people.

There is not one word or phrase to describe her body of work. One could say she encompasses many things.  Transformational coach, Natural Healer, Alchemist, Medicine Woman, Wound Healer, Truth Seeker and Sharer.

What is true, is that in this world, Satara, Tracy, has helped and healed many broken hearts, tired and weary souls and has shown the way through her unconditional Love.  She is Love.

" I believe we are powerful, creator beings who have forgotten our own magnificence. We have been conditioned, programmed and separated from nature and our own true nature.  I believe that disconnection has blinded us to our inherent connection to all of life. The severing of this web, the Love that binds us, has catalysed the destruction of our planet and the destruction of self.  I believe we're being called to awaken to our truth, the reconnect to our hearts, each other and the entire planet and galaxies beyond. There is no seperation.

The rEVOLUTION begins within"

Some of her most significant work started with the "Wild Hearted rEVOLUTION" where she worked with many people, from all walks of life at retreats and heart intelligence circles, as well as one-on-one sessions. 

Her most recent project at the Heart Centre in Hogsback, Eastern Cape was centred around the creation of true community in that town. It was a dream of hers, coming to fruition. It seemed her life's work had led her to this moment in time, to this magical place in the mountains, and then, Cancer.

Tracy/Satara, embodying her truth, is navigating this journey with remarkable courage, love and presence.  

Tracy is without a medical aid. My friend has done so much for others, and deserves to be honored and loved and held in what ever way is possible be that through your prayers, your donations or kind messages, or by sharing this post.

My heart is sore, but very open to any support or donation, and it is received with the deepest of gratitude, and goes directly to her and is used to give her what she may need medically and personally.
