Personal message
I would like to run for Rainbows and Smiles becuase I feel that we need to create more awarness about Childhood Cancer.
More research needs to be done to find a cure. A very inspirational person in my life is Bonita Suckling. I follwed her and Jeds journey on Facebook and saw first hand how brave and courageous they both were. I want to be apart of the solution and i want to help in any small way i can by raising funds!
Often these little ones have lengthy hospital stays and sometimes their parents cannot be with them all the time. I would love to know that by raising funds I was able to give them a toy or anything to make their hospital stay more pleasant.
A saying i love is, Jed matters and so do his friends. I want to do this for Jed and all his friends!
I want to run, for those who can't!

The mission of Rainbows and Smiles is to provide emotional, social and financial support to families and caregivers in need when a child or children of that family is diagnosed with a life threatening illness such as cancer. In addition, Rainbows and Smiles encourage childhood cancer awareness to educate in the hope of promoting early detection.
