What is The Goggins Challenge?
The Goggins Challenge, inspired by David Goggins is grueling physical endurance event that involves running 4miles (6,4km) every 4 hours for a total duration of 48 hours.
David Goggins, a renowed Navy SEAL, author, and extreme endurance athlete, popularized this challenge to a worldwide event, not only to push individuals beyond their physical and mental limits but also to raise funds for charities.

Date: 1- 3 March 2024
We will run 4 miles (starting 12pm, Friday midday) for 12 rounds, finishing Sunday morning at 8am with our 12th run)
Venue: Taaibosch, Klein Phisantekraal Farm, Adderly Road, Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa
We encourage spectators to come cheer and join us on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday
