This year I'll be running my third Old Mutual Two Oceans Ultra Marathon. I'll be running it in support of The Character Company.
The mission of The Character Company is to raise boys to be good men.
Studies show time and again the importance of boys having a strong father figure in their lives.
The Character Company is a group of men and women, from all walks of life, concerned with the impact of absent fathers on families and society, working together to raise boys to be good men so that our communities can be a safer place for women and children.
All funds donated will go to this great cause. Any small donation can make a big difference to one of these kids in need.

The Character Company is a long term mentorship programme for young boys growing up with absent fathers - raising boys to be good men. Other than the weekly and monthly programmes, holiday camps and “one-on-one” intervention we also focus on support for single mothers and raising awareness of the impact of absent fathers on our families and society.
