Personal message

As of today (1 December 2023), more than 15,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since October 7. Many of the victims are children.

As a group of individuals from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and religions, we stand united in our belief that the deaths of innocents are unjustified. We have come together to launch an initiative that utilizes art to promote peace in Palestine.

Our first event brings together local artists in Cape Town to create a live mural in support of the Palestinian people. The event will be filmed and shared across various social media platforms.

Food stalls will be present, offering a variety of food, cakes, and other goods. All proceeds from the stalls will be donated to this cause. For those unable to attend the event in person, we have established a donation link to facilitate contributions.

All funds raised will be donated to Gift of the Givers, a charity that has demonstrated unwavering dedication to addressing the ongoing humanitarian crisis. Donors receive audited financial statements, reports, and pictures, reinforcing our trust in the organization.

Gift of the Givers has remained steadfast in its mission. The organization's focus is "to help and support innocent civilians and to attempt to ease their pain and suffering," which is evident in all their endeavors
