Personal message

Hello, my name is Thandi Ngulube age 17 located in Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth.

Growing up I have always had teeth that were leaned forward. This causes me low self-esteem as I got and get bullied a lot for it especially that it causes some difficulty in speaking and even pronouncing some words. This made me a shy kid and resulted me in wanting to always be indoors, avoiding talking to people at all and if I had to, I would hide my teeth with my hand.

I have always wanted to change the way my teeth looked but had no idea how until I found out braces existed, I was happy for a while till I found out how much they cost and knowing my financial status at home, all hope was lost for me.

But again, that all changed when I discovered that they are websites that can help in in situations of financial need.

That is why I am here today to ask for help in supporting me in getting braces. This will mean a lot to me as it will both help emotionally and physically, I will now be able to conquer my social anxiety, make friends, go out more and be able to join a debate club as I love debating and do all the things I have always wanted and wished for and be a normal teenage kid.

Thank you for your time in reading this, and please share.

Hi, I'm Thandi Ngulube, 17, from Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

Growing up with misaligned teeth led to low self-esteem and constant bullying, making me shy and avoiding social interactions.

I discovered braces could help, but their cost seemed out of reach due to my family's financial situation. Learning about websites that assist in financial needs gave me hope.

Now, I'm seeking support to get braces, which would not only boost my confidence but also allow me to overcome social anxiety, make friends, and pursue activities I've always wanted. Your help would mean the world to me.

Thank you for reading, and please share.
