Personal message
In our house Puppy Raising is a family job and mostly we are really excited to be the house that has had small puppiess around all the time to love and play with. But more than that, to see these pups go out and change the lives of differently abled people - whether they are blind, wheelchair bound or Autistic is incredible. To allow someone the chance of a more independent life is remarkable and to be part of that process is amazing. Like everything, this process costs the Guide Dog Association of South Africa a great deal and they are entirely dependent on donations and this is our bit to help them. Please, please help us reach our goal to help others reach theirs.

SA Guide Dogs Association for the Blind

Since 1953, South African Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind (GDA) has strived to expand its offerings to the differently-abled community of Southern Africa, extending beyond Guide Dogs to include Service Dogs for people who are physically impaired, Autism Support Dogs for children with autism, and the College of Orientation & Mobility, whose Orientation & Mobility (O&M) practitioners teach people who are visually impaired to continue their lives in a safe and efficient manner and how to use a long cane as a mobility aid.
