Personal message

My precious nephew Raziel Judah Hoffman will be undergoing cleft palate repair surgery on 08 November.

Our family would like to have our angel in everyone's prayers. We would also like to bring awareness to the cause by using this opportunity to raise funds for the Smile Foundation.

Before a special cleft baby arrived in our lives none of us knew anything about it, what it entailed and what the road ahead would look like.

A beautiful soul came into our lives on 25 December 2016 and we are all so blessed to have him. He has many challenges to overcome but so far he has been so strong and has overcome so much already.

The Smile Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of children with facial conditions, in South Africa.

We would like to ask everyone to honour our Razi bear and donate to the incredible organisation that is the Smile Foundation in his name.
