Personal message
I have had the privilege to trail run in some of the most scenic parts of South Africa and its time to give back.
This is a great initiative to raise funds for disadvantaged communities so that they too can experience the "WHY" we do this.
Support my run to give back to the people that look after and protect Table Mountain, without them events like this would not be possible.

To contribute to Table Mountain National Park’s Honorary Rangers conservation programmes that maintains the National Park.
