This page is dedicated to my favourite little human - Ella-Jade...
For all of you that have been privileged to meet this precious little girl, will know that she has a huge heart of gold and a very playful and great sense of humour. She is beautiful, kind, lovable, intelligent and strong, she has somthing so special about her that she makes everyone who meets her and know her just fall in love with her.
However, Ella-Jade is faced with a challenge unlike many other, she has Moebius Syndrome - A rare neurological disorder that is characterised by weakness or paralysis of multiple cranial nerves, most often the 6th and 7th (facial) nerves. This syndrome is present at birth and results in the person diagnosed with it not being able to smile, blink, suck or blow out birthday candles.
Myself, along with her family and friends would like to raise awareness for this rare syndrome as well as funds that will be donated to The Smile foundation, a non profit charity that does so much for those with facial abnormalities such as facial paralysis and cleft palets with corrective operations. Resulting in new opportunities, new futures and new lives?
