I am raising funds for the Smile Foundation.

They came to the rescue of my granddaughter, Jessica Du Plessis, on Tuesday 24 May 2016. The Smile Foundation put a smile on Jessica's face.

Jessica will require future operations and this will not be possible without the assistance from the Smile Foundation.
