Hello, I'm Jonathan Ntutu, known as South Africa's fastest Paralympic athlete. I'm visually impaired due to toxoplasmosis since birth. I compete in the 100m T12 race.
This year, I'm aiming to participate in my 6th and final Paralympic Games in Paris 2024. It would mean a lot to me to have my two kids, Siyabonga (13) and Anele (6), in the stands watching me run. They've never seen me compete live before, and I hope it inspires them to pursue sports themselves.
To make this happen, I need some help with funding. The total cost for the trip, including flights, accommodation, meals, visas, passports, insurance, transportation in Paris, and stadium tickets, is about R72,000.
This will likely be my last Paralympic Games, but I'm determined to give it my all and aim for the gold medal.
Thank you for taking the time to hear my heartfelt plea and for your kindness in making my dreams a reality. May the blessings you bestow upon me be returned to you tenfold.
Thank you, and may God bless you.
