Greetings, my name is Sibahle Thwala. I am currently 17 years old and a grade 12 student from HTS Middelburg in Mpumalanga. I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, working out and I aspire to be a Legal Practitioner. As a result of my academic progress in the year 2023 (Grade 11) I have been presented with the opportunity to go on tour with the company Travel And Sport during the October holidays of 2024 to one of the following destinations; The East Coast of America to attend private lectures and/or visits to MIT, HARVARD, Yale University , Columbia and Princeton OR touring to Ireland & England with top universities lined up such as: Trinity College, Cambridge and Queen Mary's University. The topics to be discussed during the private lectures are to be tailored according to the requirements of the specific touring group. They include: Political Science, International Relations, Anthropology, Global Business Challenges, Economics as well as E-commerce. I believe that this is a great opportunity to broaden my perspective, and to encourage my fellow schoolmates to work hard on their academics so that they can be granted with the same opportunity. It will serve me as experience and motivation to continue working hard as I dream of attending one of the best Universities in a foreign country.
