Hi my name is Sian O'Keeffe.

I've entered Ironman South Africa 2014, the ultimate mental and physical endurance challenge.

This will be my second full Ironman event, and this year I am honoured to be part of the The Smile Foundation Ironman Team. 

My Ironman goal this year is to help raise funds for this incredible organisation. 

Can you even picture yourself never being able to smile? Not a nice thought is it?

The Smile Foundation aim to change that exact scenario for hundreds of children around South Africa.

Their objective is to change the lives of children with facial conditions by helping them to SMILE and realise their dreams through much needed free facial reconstructive surgery.

Please help me by means of a small donation to help this organisation change a child's life.

Thank you in advance for supporting my Ironman journey – it’s this support that will keep me going and get me to the finish on Ironman Day!
