Personal message

I am really excited about climbing mount Kilimanjaro.  When I heard about it, I was more attracted to the cause then the actual mountain.  My mom suffered breast cancer so I understand the traumatic effect this disease has not only on the person but friends and family alike.  When I learnt how women who are disadvantaged and have no knowledge of this disease are treated, I knew that raising money to ensure better care was the way I wanted to go.  It is unbelievable that these ladies endure so much with so little and as a privilaged women, I have made it my business to help raise funds.
