Sea Point Fresnaye Bantry Bay Ratepayers & Residents Association (SFB) is a voluntary run organisation supported by ratepayers and residents in the SFB area (through membership) working together to build a safe and vibrant community for all. We value the relationships and partnerships we have built with organisations and individuals who are as committed as we are to achieving our goals.

- The Office Bearers meet bi-monthly on operational matters including environmental, community and social
- The Executive Committee meets once a month
- The Planning Committee of ten professional volunteers meet every 2 weeks to assess and make comment on all the building renovations, alterations, additions, developments, demolitions, heritage, etc. in the Sea Point, Fresnaye & Bantry Bay areas.
