Rona, a dedicated community activist, a loving wife, and a nurturing mother is a beacon of hope and inspiration for our community. Known for always going above and beyond to uplift everyone around her, Rona now needs our help in her challenging journey.

Rona was recently diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), a health challenge that has caused a drastic shift in her life. Despite the adversities she is facing, Rona remains resolute and stands as a shining example of hope, strength, and resilience. Her vision of community building remains unscathed even in such difficult times, making her a true testament to the enduring human spirit.

In this time of need, Rona continues to look after the needs of our community, pouring her efforts into numerous platforms and initiatives that uplift the lives of those around her. However, her medical condition and treatments have put a dent in her financial resources. Declared medically unfit and witnessing a decrease in income, she faces challenges in affording private medical visits and transportation to Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital.

Her undeterred spirit and selfless endeavours make it our responsibility to step forward and support her in this time of need. Rona's current situation demands immediate medical attention, either through a kidney transplant or dialysis, but these treatments necessitate substantial funds. We believe that together, as a community, we can help Rona overcome this hurdle.

Our aim is to raise R100,000, which will provide the immediate relief needed to secure an affordable medical aid plan for Rona for the next two years.
