As the legal battle unfolded, she faced not only the trauma of the past but also the daunting challenge of navigating the complex legal system over a staggering 100-plus court visits. 

Legal Battles: Currently burdened with R180,000 in legal fees and more court appearances already scheduled for 2024 across the various cases (this after she has already paid well over R150,000 to date), her legal team, dedicated to her cause, now requires a substantial contribution towards the arrears of R180,000 to continue the challenging fight for justice. Without this support, they are compelled to withdraw, leaving the alleged abuser unaccountable for his actions and putting the mother and child directly at risk once again.
