I'm cycling again with Team Hope in the Discovery Ride Joburg cycle challenge in South Africa on 26 November 2019. The one day that cyclists rule the roads! http://947ridejoburg.co.za
And while cycling those hills I'll be thinking of the work Hope Worldwide SA are doing in giving children a headstart during the first 100 days of their lives. Dr Marc Aquirre and Hope Worldwide have been partnering with KFC AddHope and Makro to help over 100 000 children in South Africa.
I've known him, his wife and his late sister Raquel for over 25 years. This is my way of saluting the world Hope is doing and honouring Raquel's legacy.
