Riding the 947 Cycle Challenge has become a regular feature in my fitness calendar. It's not the easiest of rides, but this year a lot has changed and my mental strength is a lot better. So yes, that means I've entered again... This being my fourth in a row. I'm aiming to get as close to the three-hour mark as possible. You can see I'm pushing hard, harder than before. Once again, I'll be riding for my dear friends at the Smile Foundation.
