Im a recovery addict of few words and show what i do through my actions so here is a brief rundown on what im up to.

I keep fit to show addicts that a clean, sober and healty life is posible after active addicition.

I am a recoveing addict with 16 months clean time. A big part of my recovery as been keeping fit, wether it is running, cycling or swimming. If you put your mind to it anything is posible. 

I have been lucky enought to afford to go to treatment centers through the help of my parents. So ill whatever i can to help out addicts that cant affored to treamtant. I want to help addicts have the same oppertunity that i have had and what better way of doing that by doing what i love.

Lets all pull together and help out the suffering addicts and contribute whatever you can.
