Dear friends and supporters,

I am writing to share some exciting news regarding my daughter, Qhayiya Mbebe. She has been selected to take part in the Orchestra, Jazz Band & Choir Tour, which will be held from 17 to 21 June 2024.
As part of the music department's plan to undertake a music tour to KZN during the first week of the June holidays, Qhayiya will be representing our school in the Orchestra, Senior Jazz Band, Chamber Choir, and School Choir. This tour will not only provide an opportunity for our talented musicians to showcase their skills, but it will also allow them to engage in music-oriented outreach work, building relationships through the power of music and broadening their horizons.
In order to make this tour a reality for Qhayiya and her fellow musicians, we are seeking your support. The estimated cost for the tour is between R11,000 and R12,000. This cost includes flights, transportation, accommodation, most meals, tour clothing, and excursions. We understand that this amount may be significant, which is why we are reaching out to our community for donations.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in supporting Qhayiya and the music department in their pursuit of this enriching experience. Your generosity will not only help cover the expenses of the tour but also provide our students with an opportunity to grow artistically, culturally, and personally.
