Hi there, well I am finally getting to tick an item off my bucket list and at the same time raise much needed funds towards something very close to my heart: Our natural heritage and beautiful and unique wildlife. We are losing rhino and lions at an alarming rate not to mention smaller species as well as indigenous fauna. We have to protect our own and always be able to look forward to future time we can spend in our nature reserves with wild animals roaming free.

The SANParks Honorary Rangers is the SANParks volunteer organisation, functioning according to an official agreement between SANParks and the Honorary Rangers. We provide the people of South Africa and our business community with the opportunity to support our national parks. We are a registered public benefit and non-profit organisation. We are the SANParks preferred channel through which public support and donations are managed. We are the SANParks preferred counter-poaching partner and during the past four years we have provided 17 million rand in counter poaching support.
