Our Mother’s heart stopped in 2021, she miraculously survived and got a pace maker in-plant.

In 2023 she was diagnosed with pace-maker syndrome and while replacing the old pacemaker, the sedation was unresponsive and she had to go through the operation while still awake.

Since then she has been bedridden dealing with the trauma and still not feeling any better than before. There has been many trips to the emergency room and to the doctors. With the medical bills mounting up.

Her Brother offered to pay for medical aid but issues with with her heart was still excluded. The medical aid approved her to be admitted the last time she was in hospital, but has since retracted the approval so the hospital now sent her the bill.

She is trying her best to pay off these debts with her small SASA pension that she receives each month, but that is not making a dent in the amount owed.

She also has to go back to the specialist in Cape Town for a second opinion as she can still not stay upright for long, and doesn't have the finances to do so.

Contributions towards this cause will be used to pay the outstanding medical debt at the hospitals, doctors, emergency services and traveling cost from Bloemfontein to Cape Town to see a specialist.

We as a family thank you for taking the time to read her story and for possibly contributing towards this cause. We pray that God may bless each and every one for helping to pay off these debts.
