I was diagnosed with stage 4 anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma in June of last year.
Without medical aid, my only option for treatment is through Groote Schuur.
The treatment regimen is both extensive and expensive, even with government assistance. I've undergone PET scans, bone marrow biopsies, as well as scans of my lungs, chest, heart, and brain. Each of these procedures has resulted in accumulating bills that still need to be settled, despite governmental support.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to work throughout this ordeal. Regrettably, the strain of my illness led to the loss of my job, placing an additional burden on my husband to maintain our household finances.
Your generous donations will not only aid in covering the overwhelming medical expenses but will also help alleviate the weight of the numerous other bills that have gone unpaid.
