Hello everyone, it's time again to start getting myself prepared for Ironman in April 2019 and be part of the Smile Foundation team again.
I'm asking my family & friends to donate towards the kids to receive smiles.
I am still hoping to get myself prepared for 70.3 Buffalo City race, just still trying to get stronger after my cycling accident in July 2018.
