PAO has embarked on a fundraising drive which includes a PEACE walk by Mr Itani Rasalanavho a law student from Soweto. The aim of the funds is to provide Medical care for the children of Gaza be in prostethics, hearing aids or any other medical assistance these children may need. Some challenges namely, access to the injured children, proper assessment of their medical needs, deliverance of medical aid ( in all its forms) and recuperation / rehabilitation facilities. PAO is consulting with a number of reputable medical care providers, including Dr Mads Gilbert ( A Norwegian doctor who worked at the Al Shifa hospital in Gaza and who was a recent visitor to South Africa) to ensure that the injured children receive the best medical care that they need.
