Hi there! I am Maarten.

I have the privilege of being a part of a mission to Trek to the Himalayas to spread the gospel in March/April 2024.

3.37 Billion people on earth have never heard the gospel, and 44% of those border the Himalayan region, and consequentially have not had the opportunity to choose Jesus and experience the fullness that comes with that decision. On this mission we will be trekking up into the mountains to meet the unreached, and share the gospel. Due to the intense difficulty to physically get to these villages, we might be the only opportunity these people have to hear the gospel.

I will be partnering with LighthouseBros in creating awareness and raising funds for this mission.

Getting deep into the mountains takes time, and money. Im trusting for $4500 to cover the multiple international flights, visas, accommodation, in-country transport, food and gear by 14 February 2024.
