Love Howick is a registered NPC based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, implementing strategic, sustainable, and proven interventions to drive back unemployment, develop the local economy, and support community infrastructure. 

Our public-private partnership model helps us generate the capacity and resources needed to deliver on our promises - big and small! We do this through our Work Ready training, various vocational and entrepreneurial skills development courses and programs, and supporting our area's vulnerable communities. 

We are not a handout organization, and we give a hand up. We assist with the basics, like food, but in a manner that sets people on a path to return to dignity and self-sufficiency. Our programs develop people, the places we live and work in, and the environment we need to protect, support and heal. 

We work on maintaining, landscaping, and developing publicly owned land and spaces, including parks, maintaining and repairing community infrastructure such as roads, pavements, verges, and bus shelters, and creating a community united in positivity and hope. We do this by delivering big results that must be addressed! 

We also provide disaster relief and early childhood development support, have a thriving food security and recycling project, and support the strengthening of the local economy so that it becomes robust and has the capacity not only to withstand economic downturn but to absorb the skilled workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs we are developing and launching.
