Personal message
Abandoned, desolate, and without hope. This is how the story of most of these children from the Nuba Mountains of Sudan begins. BUT, as the slogan of a dear friend's WhatsApp states, it's time to start writing a new end.
Through the S4J Children's project, in 2022 focused specifically on the Kandake orphan school in the Nuba Mountains, Lizette Sander wants to, with others, help the children in practical ways. Lizette is specifically helping Ahmed.
When Ahmed was brought to the orphanage at the age of 7, he was left with no hope and no school to attend. Also with no future, but today he is so grateful that God has given him this opportunity.
By supporting this cause, you would help Lizette to make a practical and eternal impact on Ahmed's life.

S4J is a fundraiser where athletes who run the Comrades marathon (and other races) raise funds to help the people of Sudan and South Sudan. We focus on providing help to war victims, as well as those in avoided and neglected communities where help is needed most.
The primary focus is providing these communities with access to clean water and assistance to those who share the Good News of Jesus Christ to those in need.
