Personal message
I am taking on the daunting task of the 2018 Two Oceans Ultramarathon. So I have managed to do my qualifying marathon and have come through the festive season with still a fair amount of running fitness, so it is looking like it is all coming together.
These past 6 months of getting myself back into some form of running shape have not been easy and I have been inspired every step of the way with the thoughts of how much I push the children with whom I work during their physio sessions and how much they and their families are challenged on a daily basis to persevere with everything that comes their way.
I would therefore like to dedicate my run to my 'Superstars' and their families. Collectively we have decided to raise money for the Children's Hospital Trust.
We would like to raise money to help children with special needs who financially have difficulty gaining access to therapies and medical support.
