I have entered the Corporate Triathlon Challenge 2017 - it is one of the events been held as part of the South African Ironman event 2017. It's sprint version of the main event - 380m swim. 18km cycle and 4.2km run

I am raising funds for Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital through the Children's Hospital Trust. The money raised will go towards equiping the upgraded Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. The ICU provides world class care for injured and critically ill children of South Africa, as well as the rest of Africa.

A hospital dedicated entirely to children – especially children predominantly from impoverished communities throughout Africa – is critically important. So important, that it needs a champion to make sure that it’s able to keep doing the phenomenal work it does.

That champion is the Children’s Hospital Trust.
