Personal message

I trust this message finds you well.

I'm reaching out to share a difficult situation our family is facing and to request your support, kindly.

On February 22, 2023, a tragic incident altered the course of my sister Kiara's life. At 24 years old, she was involved in a severe car accident on the M19 highway, resulting in serious spinal cord injuries and paralysis from her chest down.

Despite a spinal operation and months of rehabilitation, Kiara hasn't regained the ability to walk.

This event transformed her from an independent young woman to someone relying heavily on family for day-to-day care. Navigating this new reality has posed numerous challenges, and the associated financial strain is overwhelming. Kiara needs ongoing medical attention, essential supplies like a wheelchair and electronic bed, as well as physiotherapy and occupational therapy – costs beyond our means.

In addition to medical supplies such as diapers, catheters and pain medication, she requires regular visits from health professionals and a dedicated nurse.

The driver responsible for the accident fled the scene, leaving us in dire need of financial support for Kiara's medical expenses. Your generosity, no matter the amount, would make a significant difference.

If you need more information or wish to discuss this further, please get in touch with me.

With heartfelt gratitude and a plea for humanity.
