Personal message

I am a father of 4, my youngest daughter is 10 months old. As a parent, I was touched by my visit to Home of Hope. Molani, the little girl I am riding for was abandoned at birth. Home of Hope is her home and salvation, as it is for 21 other little ones.

This is such a worthy cause and every cent I raise goes to these children. I need your help. These children need your help.

This will be my 4th Cape Town Cycle Tour, but by far the most meaningful. These children don't have the means to do it on their own, so let's do this together.

Your donation, no matter how small, will go a long way to bettering Molani’s life and the lives of the children at Home of Hope.

Home of Hope

Home of Hope was started in 2005, and we are an NPO that cares for abandoned and abused children and children with Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD – permanent brain damage caused by pre-natal exposure to alcohol). We are a registered place of safety and we have 19 children in our long term community based foster care.

The organisation also caters for the special educational needs of children suffering from FAS (Foetal Alcohol Syndrome) and neurological challenges, in our Amathemba Learning Centre. There are currently 37 children at our Amathemba Learning Centre.
