Personal message

A few years back, I decided I wanted a lifestyle change. That change saw me giving up late nights of partying, in favour of early morning training and various different races. I've competed and completed several half marathons, I'm back into my long distance swimming and I've also become a triathlete. I absolutely love this new space.

I feel rejuventated, healthy and the fact that I've accomplished something I put my mind to is just too rad. Throughout this time, I've also been privileged to work with some incredible people and organisations, who do amazing work for the betterment of our society. So when the legs are sore, or the stitches are creeping in, I remember that I'm doing my bit (big or small) to help change lives for the better too. I'm proud to be working with the Smile Foundation once again. I'll be putting my legs to the test in my second 94.7 Cycle Challenge and I'd love your help, support and encouragement. Do the right thing, let's make our youngSTARS smile :)
