I've taken to mountain biking and cycling like a duck to water this year. 
I've teamed up with the Smile Foundation (www.smilefoundationsa.org) and will ride both the mountain bike race (55km) and the road race (95km) in the space of 7 days to raise both funds and awareness. 
The Smile Foundation is doing incredible work for children who have cleft palates and facial/muscular deformities as well as the development of nurses and doctors at hospitals around the country. 
I will also be leading their celebrity team which includes the likes of Hlubi Mboya (Isidingo), James Alexander (The Wild) and many more. 
Please support me and the Smile Foundation through a donation however big or small - every bit helps.
