Good day allMy name is Jaco proud father of a beautiful son and daughter.
My son needs to get surgery as soon as possible. He has a hernia that causes his intestines to moof down into he's testicular aeria and putting him in a lot of pain and preventing him from playing or having a normal childhood. And can cause log term problems like cancer ETC. Long story short I'm the only bred winner in our home and do not have the funds to pay for his surgery if any one can please help no matter how small.it will be very much appreciated and thank you for taking the time to help me give my sone back his life
