My project to create more awareness for Rainbows and Smiles and our fight against CANCER will be taking me to a whole new challenge this year. I'll be swimming 3.8km (2 x midmar miles), cycling 180km (just under 2 x 94.7's) and then running 42.2km (just your normal marathon :-p) on Sunday the 14th of April.

So help me fight like a kid and send this link to all your friends and colleagues and if you can afford it by donating some of your hard earned cash to a great cause.

Rainbows and Smiles Foundation

The mission of Rainbows and Smiles is to provide emotional, social and financial support to families and caregivers in need when a child or children of that family is diagnosed with a life threatening illness such as cancer. In addition, Rainbows and Smiles encourage childhood cancer awareness to educate in the hope of promoting early detection.
