Personal message

I am riding the 94.7 Cycle Challenge to raise awareness for Childhood Cancer. This terrible disease claims the lives of so many children and leaves devastation in its wake. Rainbows and Smiles helps the children and families that are ripped apart by cancer and champions for funding for a cure for all the cancers that are robbing our children of their childhoods.

I am riding in memory of little Henry ‘Bear’ Klopper who fought so bravely until DIPG ripped him from our lives this year at just 4 years old, for my Dad who lost his fight with Melanoma in 2008, for Maria Platt who lost her fight in the same year and for Derek Pennington who died far too young in 2002.

Gone but not forgotten and forever loved.
