Henry Jansen is a talented young chorister with a dream of joining the KZN Midlands Youth Choir on their tour to Europe in July 2024.

The KZN Midlands Youth Choir represents a development of the youth in the greater Pietermaritzburg and Midlands area through music, and is a non-profit organisation whose mission it is:

To promote excellence in Western and African choral music amongst the youth of South Africa and the World

To develop the talent of the Youth in the greater Pietermaritzburg and Midlands of KZN, spiritually, emotionally and culturally and show the importance and influence music has on our youth
To support community efforts in any way possible

The KZN Midlands Youth Choir represents all nationalities and choristers are selected from schools around Pietermaritzburg and the Midlands of KZN. As the KZN Midlands Youth Choir begins its 16th year, we continue to organise and participate in many projects, programs and concerts.

With your generous donations, Henry will be able to represent not only his province, but also his country as part of an award winning choir. The choir is more than just a hobby for him - he has become part of a family that spreads a message of joy and hope through beautiful choral music.

The funds raised through this campaign will go towards Henry's flights and tour costs.
