Hello amazing backers,

I hope this message finds you well. We're reaching out to share a remarkable story about Hayleigh, who embarked on her karate journey in 2023. Not only has she excelled in the sport, but she's now set her sights on competing for South Africa in karate. It's an incredible achievement fueled by her dedication and hard work.

Unfortunately, we, as her parents, are facing financial constraints, making it challenging to send Hayleigh to Port Elizabeth in March for the WUKF SA's. Hayleigh has consistently performed exceptionally well in all her competitions, achieving the rank of a blue belt within just one year. She's a goal-driven individual who puts in tremendous effort.

We're launching this BackaBuddy campaign to raise funds for:

• Flights to Port Elizabeth
• Accommodation for her stay
• Food during her time in Port Elizabeth
• A new gi, as she has never had one and has always used hand-me-downs (which she is always grateful for).
