Good day everyone. I am posting this message on behalf of my aunt.My name is Maria. My 42 year old son Graham is on dialysis since 2022. He was diagnosed with kidney failure after a history of elevated hypertension. His kidneys are failing and therefore needs to be on dialysis twice a week. Currently he is unable to receive any dialysis. I am self employed and at the moment I am struggling financially to pay for his dialysis and am owing a dialysis centre a lot of money. I am pleading with anyone who can assist me in paying for my son's dialysis bill. Any amount is welcome and will be appreciated. Thank you Maria Kok 0742797002
