Personal message

My Story:

Hi, I am Gen Avid 24 year old singer-songwriter from South Africa. The goal for 2024 is to release my very first Ep Album starting with a few Singles. Last year I was privileged to have made it 7th in the second season of South African talent competition (Die Kontrak) and it was the greatest achievement thus far in my music career. This year has been a year of writing songs and figuring out the brand & message to have a clear vision moving forward.

To give you a bit of background I come from a missionary home. My Dads Argentinian and Mom South African which is so fun have been raised in a multi-cultural home. Growing up in this culture God has inspired me to create music with a message that uplifts, makes people feel loved, brings hope and encourages people out of hopeless situations we all face everyday. From a young age God has placed a passion in my heart for lost artists in the entertainment industry. The dream is to be a singer but also to reach those lost artists that need God just as much as you and me. The intention is not to seek fame or fortune but reaching the lost through the gifts God has given me. I truly am so excited for you all to hear the new songs but with that I am going to need all the help to make it come to life. I have to raise R 100 000 to produce, mix and master all the songs and to also get them on radio. So that's where I would love to invite you to be apart of this project by helping a small town missionary girl by donating and sharing this link to see this dream come true.
