Kids Haven is a rehabilitation centre for abused and abandoned children to reintegrate them into society. If you would like to know more about them, please have a look at their website, www.kidshaven.org.za

I will be doing various cycle, running and triathlon challenges with the ultimate goal of doing Ironman, all in aid to raise funds for Kids Haven. 

All I ask is a small contribution, the price of a simple drink. A R10, USD1, or even GBP1 is not that much in the greater scheme of things. Obviously, if you are able or willing, more will be appreciated. I urge you to get as many people as possible involved, let's see if the cyber world is up to the challenge. 

Times are so hard in this day and age, I am well aware of the difficutly in donating money when we are all struggling financially. The question you should ask yourself is, can you afford not to make a change? Remember, the next generation is our only hope of getting out of this slump, so a small donation is not much to ask in the greater scheme of things. Again, R10 may not be much, but a lot of R10 do add up. Lets work together, and really make a difference.
