My name is Fadzai Chakacha, a MENtor at The Character Company passionate about raising boys to be good men. I. am part of a group of men trying to make the change in our young men raising them up to warriors of a good and promising future.
The 947 Ride Joburg has given me an opportunity to ride for a purpose and as a first timer I am riding to help change our society's perception on men and this can only be changed by changing the young men of this great nation. It starts with me and talk is cheap so we take action.

The Character Company is a long term mentorship programme for young boys growing up with absent fathers - raising boys to be good men. Other than the weekly and monthly programmes, holiday camps and “one-on-one” intervention we also focus on support for single mothers and raising awareness of the impact of absent fathers on our families and society.
